How long does it take to build a home?

We like to build homes as efficiently as possible. An average home with Residential Diamond is built in 5-8 months.

What do I need to have prepared before building my new home?

You must have land that is conducive to building a home. If you need to buy land, along with due diligence on your part as a buyer, you will need a realtor that knows the area where you are buying land - we can refer you to our knowledgeable realtor.
If you need an architect, we can refer you to one.
You need permits, we can help you with this as well.
You will need to know if the home will be septic or sewer, which can be determined at the county where you buy your land.

How do I pay for my new home?

You may want to reach out to our local bank or bank you have a history with to get a loan for building your new home and to create a budget. This will guide you on how much you can afford.
